Jack Balthazar Fêtes et Fleurs, in Pasadena, California, the bride sent guests hand-sewn invitations featuring silks and a carved bone symbol of happiness that she had bought in Bali. For the reception, Delacueva flew in 4,000 stems of rare orchids from Southeast Asia to construct "trees" that hovered like canopies over the 16 guest tables..."
