| During our first phone conversation
we will ask you all about the event. We want to get a mental
vision of the event in its entirety and knowing these seemingly
random bits of information will help us in establishing a
basis of where our floral and event designs will begin.
Next, we will meet at the location of your event. We will
walk together discussing where certain events of the day will
take place and we will begin to bounce ideas off of each other
about where flowers and props should be used to create the
ideal atmosphere… perhaps where your photographer may
snap that perfect photo, or where we should disguise an unsightly
wall or architectural flaw. At this point we will also advise
on the flow of events, the creative uses and layout options
for the space, and can address any other visual elements like
lighting, linens, etc. |
